🛍️ How do I place an order?

Just choose your product, select your size, and click “Add to Cart.”
Then go to checkout, fill in your name, phone number, city, and address, and submit your order.
We’ll call you to confirm before shipping.

📞 Do you confirm orders by phone?

Yes. Every order is confirmed by phone to make sure your information is correct before we send it.

🚚 How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days after your order is confirmed.
You’ll receive a call from the delivery agent before your package arrives.

💸 How do I pay?

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) — you pay directly when you receive your order.

Yes! We deliver to all cities and regions in Morocco.

🔁 Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or return as soon as possible.

📦 What happens if I’m not available when the delivery agent calls?

If the delivery agent can’t reach you, they’ll try again later or contact you to reschedule.
